Merger of Renovators Ltd and The OAR Group forms Renovations Group Inc.
Renovators Ltd and The OAR Group (Owner Assisted Remodeling) have merged to form Renovations Group Inc. Both companies, however, will continue to operate under their respected and established names. Renovations Group Inc’s main showroom location is in Elm Grove, WI, with a second showroom located in Elkhorn, WI.
Renovators Ltd was established in 1985 and is a full service design-build remodeling company that specializes in residential and light commercial construction. Owner Assisted Remodeling is a unique remodeling offering that allows a homeowner to do as much or as little of their project as they choose. This could be doing some work themselves or use of trade contractors that are friends or family members. The homeowner also has the option to supply some of their own products such as faucets or flooring.
Tony Rink, business manager of Renovations Group, Inc, said, “In addition to the hands-on construction services, we also offer professional in-house design services to our clients. Bryan Ward, CR, has a degree in architecture and 27 years of experience in the residential and light commercial design field. Elisabeth (Lis) Hoffman has a bachelor’s degree in interior design, 8 years experience, and is our kitchen and bath design specialist. One of the owners, Kevin Anundson, CR, CKBR, CAPS, PE is the National Secretary of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) and has nearly 20 years experience in the residential remodeling field. We are proud to claim a total of six national certified professionals on staff, and have been awarded over 60 remodeler awards and individual achievement awards.”
