Reports show the man told the officer that the driver he crashed into had cut him off, that he had been out “with a lovely young lady” and consumed two beers. The man’s blood-alcohol level was .12, which is just above the legal limit of .08. The man was also arrested for having a prohibited blood-alcohol content.
