Gory Political Cartoons Land Teacher in Hot Water

Several Republican websites also scrutinize teacher's personal blog.

A Gifford School teacher has been the subject of scrutiny by Republican bloggers after he posted graphic political cartoons on his blogs, which landed him in a bit of hot water with school administrators.

Jack Senzig, a choir teacher, was asked by administrators to take down his blogs, joinchoir and withthepeople.

The personal websites featured political cartoons that showed a scene from a controversial video game called “Chiller,” which shows people being stabbed, tortured and beaten, and bodiless heads. Several boxes refer to how Gov. Scott Walker’s tools affect various groups in the state.

The other cartoon shows a map of the state with a knife in it and what looks like blood and organs coming out of it.

Senzig used the joinchoir blog to communicate with his choir parents and students. When asked about the cartoons Wednesday, Senzig declined to comment.

Stacy Tapp, director of communications and public information, said Senzig was asked to take down the blogs, which she believed he had done.

Senzig’s political cartoons, however, wound up on the Big Government, Real Debate Wisconsin and the Underground Conservative websites. Please note that the pages may be disturbing to some readers.

Dan Riehl, of Big Government, referred to Senzig's blog as a "hate-filled political blog."
