DESCRIPTION:CHILI COOK-OFF CHALLENGE and Silent Auction at St. Andrew&nbs
 p\; Lutheran Church\, 1015 Four Mile&nbsp\; Road\, Racine\, WI&nbsp\; on
  Saturday\, February&nbsp\; 9. &nbsp\;There will be 8 Chili Cook-Off tea
 ms\, 5 from St. Andrew and 3 from Atonement Lutheran churches. &nbsp\;Th
 is event will begin at 5:30 PM with the opening of the Silent Auction\, 
 which will also include items for children for .50. At 6 pm the tasting 
 of the Chili entries and the dinner will begin which includes chili\, sa
 lad\, assortment of bread and rolls and dessert.&nbsp\; Coffee\, tea and
  milk will be included in the ticket price.&nbsp\; Soda will be availabl
 e for purchase. &nbsp\;After dinner the live auction will begin. Tickets
  are $8 for adults\, $6 for Seniors and children ages 3-12\, children un
 der 3 years are free. Tickets may be purchased prior to the event at the
  St. Andrew office\, 9 AM &ndash\; Noon\, M-F\, &nbsp\;and&nbsp\; from c
 hurch members.&nbsp\; Thrivent Financial for Lutheran supports this even
