Just one more week to go before the Racine IronMan!
Here's your chance to practice the course without the pressure :)

We will meet at the North Beach Oasis - walk to the starting line (north of Zoo Beach), then swim the 1.25 miles south. 

Bring with you: Wet Suit, Swim Cap, Towel, $20

 There will be Kayakers and Lifeguards along the way to keep everyone safe. This is open to all, but Please RSVP to myra@coachmyra.com by NOON on Friday, July 6 so I can be sure to get enough safety personal on site. Be sure to include a cell phone number for any last minute changes
 
 Swimmers we will charge $20 each to pay the lifeguard staff for their expertise. (Current YMCA Masters Swimmers - just $10)
