Enjoy the fall colors and a day in the great outdoors. The River Bend Nature Center will be holding a Fall Family Festival on October 21st from 10AM to 4PM. There will be lots of kid's crafts, live animals, geocaching, archery, shopping, wood carving demos, live music by Freshwater, caramel apples, apple cider, pumpkin painting, face painting, and games with prizes! Admission is free; some activities ticketed. 3600 N. Green Bay Road, Racine. This event is open to the public. See you at The Bend!

The River Bend Nature Center is owned by Racine County and operated by River Bend Nature Center Inc. It often hosts nature camps for children, but it also rents out cross-country skis and canoes. The nature center is situated along the Root River.
