River Bend Nature Center: Discover Archery! Adult Archery Class

Discover the basics of archery with a program designed for the adult beginner.  This 21/2 hour course is suitable for those who have never shot a bow, or those with some previous experience.  Course taught by National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) certified instructors, using recurve equipment.

We will focus on form and safety, giving basics of safe shooting and a general feel for archery. The class will concentrate on range and safety rules, range courtesy and the fundamentals of archery.  All bows and arrows and targets are provided.
