Easter Egg Hunts, Activities and Services in Caledonia

Here is a list of Easter events happening in Caledonia this year.

Easter falls on Sunday, March 31 this year, so stock up on Cadbury Creme Eggs now!

Head to Milaeger's, 4838 Douglas Avenue, on Saturday for some Easter fun in our greenhouse gardens! There will be a variety of activities for kids up to age 8. So bring your camera and meet the Easter Bunny.

The Spring Bowl Workshop is in the morning, and the Egg Hunt and visit with the Easter Bunny is from 1-3 p.m. The Egg hunt will be divided up by age group: Ages 2 to 5 at 2 p.m., and ages 6 to 8 at 2:20 p.m. Please bring your own basket or bag. Cuddles and Billy Boy Face Painting and Balloon Art!!

Free admission to see the Easter Bunny and do the egg hunt, and other projects, however the professional face painting by Cuddles is $3. Children's lunch special in the cafe too! Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly by calling (800) 669 - 1229.

PEEPS® Exhibit at Racine Art Museum

On Friday, March 29, within the pristine white walls of the Racine Art Museum, 441 Main St., an untraditional exhibition opens showcasing fluffy, sugar-coated marshmallow PEEPS®.

The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Sundays, closed Mondays, and Easter Sunday, March 31. Admission is $5 for adults, with reduced fees for students and seniors. RAM Members and children under 12 are always free.

St. Rita's Easter Egg Hunt

Children ages 3 years old to third grade are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt at St. Rita Catholic Church, 4339 Douglas Ave, at 11 a.m. Saturday. Cost is $3 per child. Parents must accompany children. Registration is required and can be done by calling 639-6280.

St. Rita Catholic Church, 4339 Douglas Ave. Holy Saturday services at 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Easter Vigil at 8 p.m. Easter Sunday Mass at 8 and 10:30 a.m.

Trinity Lutheran Church, 7900 Nicholson Road, Easter Sunday services at 6:30 and 9 a.m., with breakfast served between.
