Racine Plane Crashes Into Lake Michigan

A single-engine aircraft that took off from a Racine County airport crashed into Lake Michigan, leaving two people dead on July 28. 

Former Dead End Saloon Catches Fire

Firefighters from Caledonia, South Shore and Raymond responded July 26 to calls of a fire at Burgey's Pub & Prime, formerly the Dead End Saloon, located at 8619 E. Frontage Rd.

Creepy! Haunted Tales From Brossman's Bar

If you're fond of a good ghost story, the stories bar owner Ron Brossman, his employees and even customers offer up will make the hair on your skin prickle. According to them, Brossman's Bar, 3241 County Highway H, in Franksville, is very haunted. 

Man Listed In Critical Condition After Rollover ATV Crash

A 51-year-old Caledonia man -- who suffered injuries to his face, ribs and shoulders -- was taken by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee after he crashed his ATV at 10:59 p.m. on July 4.
