Thank You, Caledonia Patch, and Good-Bye

Caledonia Patch is closing in six days, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you for making these last few months so much fun.

Adjusting to a new editor after being in the awesome and talented hands of Denise Lockwood since the beginning could have been awkward, but you welcomed me with warmth and enthusiasm and made sure I was up-to-speed.

I asked Monday on Facebook for what you liked most about Patch, and reading your answers brought home how much Caledonia Patch came to mean to the community, to all of you. For passing news tips, asking questions, providing photos and participating in this amazing Patch experiment, I say a hearty and most sincere, "Thank you!"
