Dr. Sylvia Minnis has opened Caledonia Veterinary Clinic at 4338 Highway 38. The clinic specializes in wellness visits, preventative care, surgeries and much more.
Minnis, a graduate of the University of Sydney in Sydney, Australia, is joined by a team of three.
