Connect to Health Information with Social Media
Racine County residents can now use Facebook and Twitter to access the health department.
The Central Racine County Health Department is now part of the social media revolution.
Residents can "like" the department's Facebook page or follow updates via Twitter about food recalls, vaccine updates and immunization clinics.
"These sites offer residents the opportunity to view up-to-date public health information that may directly impact their lives, especially during a public health emergency," said the department through a written release.
