McDonald's is doubling the chance customers will be "lovin' it" with dual drive-thru lanes.
The Caledonia village Planning Commission approved the addition Wednesday. The project is expected to take about eight weeks and will include exterior work as well to bring the building up to McDonald's more modern design standards.
The restaurant is located in front of the Greentree Shopping Center at 5125 Douglas Ave.
Trustees will likely approve the extra lane at their Aug. 5 board meeting. Work would begin Aug. 19, according to meeting minutes.
