Trustees To Talk More About Land Use Because of Walmart
Village trustees will talk about their vision for the corner of 4-Mile and Green Bay Roads Monday during a special board meeting.
Caledonia trustees will talk more Monday about the potential zoning and land use designations for the land at 4-Mile and Green Bay Roads.
This is the second special board meeting called to discuss the future use of the area after Walmart submitted applications to both rezone the land there and amend the village's land use plan to make way for a 182,000 square foot supercenter.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the East Side Community Center, 6156 Douglas Avenue.
