The sky is the limit! River Bend Nature Center will host the basics of sky and star gazing program, presented by Joseph and Mary Glover. During the 30 minute program, learn how to identify constellations during the different season, and how to find constellations using other constellations, starting with the big dipper.
Following the presentation, move outdoors to view the Perseids Meteor Shower and the night sky. The Perseids Meteor Shower is the most widely observed meteor shower of the year, with up to 60 meteors per hour.
