Peace Learning Circles, Inc. (PLC) will be hosting two Community Peacemakers Workshop for anyone interested in learning the skills essential for getting along with others, including how to resolve a small problem before it escalates into a bigger one, and how to resolve bigger conflicts peacefully, without violence. The skills we teach are useful for almost any age and can be used in most types of relationships; from family members, to friends and co-workers. The workshop includes fun, experiential activities focused on non-violent conflict resolution using 6 peace tools. In addition, values, teamwork, inclusion, cooperation, point-of-view, feelings and empathy are also a few of the topics that are included. The workshop is open to anyone seven years and older.
