"Scouting for Food" is sponsored annually by the Southeast Wisconsin Council of Boy Scouts of America. Dozens of Boy Scout Troops, Cub Scout Packs and Venturing Crews team up to cover both Racine and Kenosha Counties. For Caledonia and Wind Point, the base of operations will be at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. On the 19th, scouts will deliver white plastic grocery bags to your front door, where they will tie them so they don't fly away. The bag will say "Scouting for Food" and will include directions on how to participate in the drive. On Saturday, the 26th, simply leave your donations on your front porch so they're visible from the street and the scouts will pick up your generous donations. Please have your bags at your front door by 8 a.m. to ensure they are collected. All the participating scouts thank you for helping fight hunger in our community.
