What is news?

Of all the people living in poverty, how many are there because all they care about is getting stuff for free. How about a news story about how tough it is getting to be employed and having to pay for all that free stuff plus your own? Oh, I forgot, that isn't news worthy. How long is it going to be before the media realizes they are doing nothing to help this country? If you started reporting the news that is affecting the working poor (the people paying the freight for free loaders) and bring it to the attention of the public, two things would happen. One is more educated people would start fighting back and two, your readership would probably increase about one hundred fold. Stop the nit-picking and start reporting the real news.
