Chase Bank Customer Angry Over Bank Policies Gets Arrested

He wanted his money and got mad when he didn't get it.

A customer became irate because he couldn’t get money out of his account at 12:21 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29 at their branch located at 4930 Douglas Ave.

Adam Francis, 32, of Caledonia, was arrested for recklessly endangering safety, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.

According to a report by the , a bank employee in the corporate office told told Francis over the phone that his money would be sent to him. He then threw the phone at the woman in the branch, yelled profanities at her and left the bank.

While leaving in his truck, Francis almost struck a customer in the parking and tore up the bank's lawn by spinning the tires. He then left the lot and fishtailed his truck on the road. When Mayne and other officers showed up at Francis’ house, he became angry. Yelling profanities at the police officers, Francis also slammed the porch door, which broke the glass, and he was taken to the Racine County Jail.
