After Patch wrote about a man suspected by Hudson police of molesting a 14-year-old girl, Racine police received a tip that he was in a local hotel and picked him up.

Hudson police put out information about James Eckhoff, a man they suspected molested a 14-year-old girl. When it came out that he had ties to Racine, nearby Patch sites publicized it. The publicity led to an anonymous tip that he was at a local hotel, and Ekhoff is now in custody.

A gets no prison time, but has to spend a year in jail.

Police say the driver in a fatal Greenfield crash was high and texting when she struck a pedestrian.

Following a high-speed chase, this teen was arrested after he crashed into two telephone poles in Waukesha. Police say he had been going about 90 mph before the crash.

Oak Creek saw two crashes. In one, a driver side-swiped a sheriff's squad car and picked up a citation.  In the other, a man was arrested for drunken driving after he and another driver trying to beat the same yellow light collided.

There are not too many areas that can be easily accessed by the main roads. If a corner parcel wasRead More bought somewhere (perhaps Hwy 31 & Six mile) not a suggestion nor is it large enough. There would still be complaints. Who there be as much complaining if the Industrial building expanded onto the same parcel of land?
