Charles told police he attempted to leave his brother’s property on his ATV, but Ronald cut him off with the truck he was driving. He said he struck the side of the truck with his ATV, it flipped over, and Ronald and Phillip then kicked Charles in his head and ribs.  Charles, whose face was bloody and cut up, argued with police that he didn’t want to go the hospital, but police insisted that he go.

Ronald and Phillip told police the fight was only verbal, that Charles was just driving recklessly and he was trespassing onto their property.

During the investigation, police noted the truck didn’t have any blood on it, but the ATV did.

No formal charges have been filed with the Racine County District Attorney’s office.
