According to the criminal complaint:

On Aug. 14, a Wisconsin Department of Corrections agent got an anonymous phone call directing the agent to Davila’s Facebook page. The agent went to the page and saw a picture of Davila shooting live rounds from a gun at a target.

The caption on the photo read “oh yeah!!!! Shooter-with South Side,” and in the comments section someone asked where the picture was taken and Davila wrote “Racine,” according to the complaint.

The agent took the picture to Shooters, where an employee was able to verify the picture was from the range.

Davila is currently being held in Racine County Jail on $2,500 bond while awaiting trial.
