At 3:01 a.m., Caledonia police officers were called to Dead End Saloon and when they arrived, they found the bartender arguing with a woman while another woman stood by and Mora was off to the side by a broken window with a clenched fist.

Mora told the officers his friend was in an argument with the bartender when he was kicked out of the bar, so he decided to smash out the window so he could see what was happening inside. He said he didn’t understand why police were called because he was just checking on his friend.
