Man Told Police The Machete And Axe Were Part Of His Military Gear

Caledonia Police officers also find drugs in the car.

Caledonia Police arrested two people during a traffic stop and one of the passengers had a machete and an axe in the car.

The traffic stop was made at 5:52 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11 in the 6300 block of Douglas Ave.

Natasha Geise, 24, of Waukesha, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and operating a vehicle while suspended. Robert Resch, 19, of Racine, was cited for carrying a concealed weapon.

According to a report by the , police stopped a car because the car was suspended due to emissions.Β  Because the car had tinted windows, the officer asked Geise to roll down the back window so that he could see the number of occupants in the car and while looking inside the vehicle, he saw a machete and an axe tied to it, which was part of Resch’s military gear. He told police he had served in the Army.

While conducting a search, police found a pot grinder, a metal pipe and marijuana.
