Oak Creek Woman Passes Out In Her Car At An Intersection In Caledonia

A woman, who allegedly had a bit too much to drink, passed out in her car while she was stopped at an intersection at 12:04 a.m. Nov. 12 Highway 38 and Emmertsen Road.

Lisa Bull, 46, of Oak Creek, was arrested for inattentive driving and suspicion of drunk driving.

The person making the complaint had turned off the car and removed the keys to the car. The car Bull was driving was parked at the traffic light, which was green, and straddling the first lane and the left turn lane, according to a report by the .

Bull told the police officer to “shut up,” that the field sobriety test was “a joke,”  that he “was mean,” and that his “wife, and mother, hate" him and that he would be “divorced five times.” Bull refused to take a breathalyzer test and was taken to the Racine County Jail.
