According to the criminal complaint:

On Tuesday, Racine police officers were called to Walgreens, 4810 Washington Ave. after Geyer dropped off a prescription for vyvanse, which had already been filled before. The pharmacist then contacted the doctor who wrote the prescription who said he had written Geyer one prescription that was to be filled May 10.

However, when the pharmacist checked records it was discovered Geyer filled the prescription April 25 at Walgreens located at State Street and Memorial Drive in Racine, on May 5 at the location at Douglas Avenue and Four Mile Road in Caledonia and June 12 at the Mount Pleasant location at Durand Avenue and Highway 31.

When Geyer returned to the pharmacy she was taken into custody by police officers. They found the pill bottle from the June 12 transaction in her purse with only one tablet left inside.

She’s currently being held in Racine County Jail on $500 bond.
