I'm not worried about some darned bottle of shampoo. I'm worried about how WALL STREET STOLE $175,000 of value out of my house and then got bonuses too. Where is the important news here

Hey great point Gary, but lighten-up, this is the Greenfield Patch man...which I think is dedicated to helping thy neighbors to clean up the scum locally. Pun intended. Looks like these "shampoo shoplifters" are the latest on the local most wanted scene. Why don't you re-post your comments to the Wall Street Journal and the SuperScum at that level, if nothing else, just to see where they spin it. I'd love to read that fodder.

Exactly... the outfit she is wearing alone should be a crime (based mostly on the shirt and flip flops or whatever those orange things are)!!
Joe Hausch July 19, 2012 at 07:39 PM
Excellent point, I didn't really go there. Has anyone contacted the Greenfield Fashion Police? There really should be someone out there ticketing some of these offenders.
James R Hoffa July 20, 2012 at 02:31 AM
@Gary - How did Wall Street steal the value out of your house? Wall Street (the drug dealers) only controlled the supply of lendable money. People who purchased and built homes when they really couldn't afford it (the drug addicts) controlled the demand. Demand is far more powerful supply. If you really want to blame someone for the decrease in the value of your home, blame those who demanded the excessive supply of housing that the market couldn't reasonably absorb. If you're upset because you overpaid for your abode, look in the mirror for who to blame on that front, as no one was twisting your arm to believe in the over-inflated real estate market, were they?

I'm more concerned about what appears to be a violation of the state ban on smoking inside a publicly accessible non-casino business by the male suspect. Let's hope that if the duo are caught, that he is also charged with such an offense ;-)
Gary C. Behling July 21, 2012 at 04:16 PM
Who in the Heck is this "James R Hoffa" nut? I just happened to see his silly comment about Home buyers he compares to "Drug Addicts" What a screwball. I think, however, that comparing The WALL STREET GEKKO CLONES to THIEVES is a FAR better analogy. So once again, let me say that I'm not worried about some lousy bottle of shampoo
Gary C. Behling July 21, 2012 at 04:38 PM
I'm curious as to why you HIDE behind that particular name?
James R Hoffa July 21, 2012 at 06:13 PM
@Gary - Who did Wall Street steal from exactly and what exactly did they steal? Their activities gave many people that otherwise wouldn't have had the chance to experience home ownership the opportunity to do so. Just because those people didn't keep up with their mortgage payments, as they promised they would, you're upset at Wall Street? The most culpable of the commercial players were the ratings agencies.
James R Hoffa July 21, 2012 at 06:15 PM
Hoffa is a personal hero of mine, and DeVito's 1992 biopic film about the man is one of my personal favorites!
Gary C. Behling July 21, 2012 at 06:55 PM
Wall Street STOLE from not only ALL of us as well as local government bodies, pension plans, investors at every level, foreign countries like Iceland, Greece, Spain etc and others which would take me hours to type out. They CORRUPTED with BRIBERY the Credit Rating Agencies to allow it to happen. Then Wall Street MADE it happen by packaging bad loans and selling them to the DUPES and laughing about it afterwards. This caused the bubble which burst, stealing the value from my and your home, causing local government bodies losses, pension plan losses, layoffs etc. Now the Republicans blame UNIONS cuz their darned pensions are so high but what it true is---- local Governments are short on money because they LOST money in the WALL STREET SCAM. And quit using that name--- he'd be ashamed of you. I use my REAL NAME because I am not hiding from anyone or anything!!!!!
James R Hoffa July 21, 2012 at 07:23 PM
So, blame the proverbial drug dealers (supply) instead of the proverbial drug addicts (demand). It's that kind of finger pointing philosophy, that has abrogated the need to take personal responsibility for many, that has created many of the problems that our nation currently faces. If homeowners hadn't defaulted on their promises, would any of the bad stuff you're referring to have happened? In essence, you're mad at Wall Street for believing in people and taking them at their word, instead of treating them like babies that need to be protected from their own stupidity. That's incredible, don't you think?
Gary C. Behling July 21, 2012 at 07:24 PM
Looks to me like they are LEAVING the store "HOFFA" Your perception of things seem to be a bit cock-eyed
Gary C. Behling July 21, 2012 at 07:42 PM
I think you are a Lunatic and blind to events going on in this world. You should actually be calling yourself Rush Limbo or Mark Belling. To refer to yourself as Hoffa is a classic example of A WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. Also, I see in other silly comments you leave how you refer to yourself in the 3rd party. "HOFFA cares about those Families" You're sick pal.
James R Hoffa July 21, 2012 at 07:46 PM
@Gary - It looks to me like he's taking a drag. I also don't see a lighter anywhere in his other hand. Are you suggesting that after just robbing the store, the suspects stopped at the door long enough so the man could light up at the threshold and put away his lighter so that he could start dragging on his cig the instant he cleared that threshold and stepped outside the building? While I guess that's possible, it seems highly unlikely and improbable to Hoffa.
James R Hoffa July 21, 2012 at 07:56 PM
And what's so wrong with referring to yourself in the third person? Hoffa has two words to say about that: Bob Dole!
Gary C. Behling July 21, 2012 at 09:10 PM
I guess if I wandered in to some mental hospital by accident, and encountered you, it would be a waste of time trying to make heads or tales of your thinking process. It's obvious from reading much of the silliness you've written elsewhere that you have severe mental problems. So I'm done here now and you can leave the last word.
