Woman Injured In Car Crash On Highway G

A Caledonia woman was transported to the hospital after a two-car crash on Tuesday.

One person was taken to hospital following a two-car crash that happened at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday on County Highway G and County Highway V.

A 23-year-old Caledonia woman was driving a 2010 Nissan Altima westbound on Highway V and Richard Kauffman, 43, of Racine, was driving a 2008 Ford Expedition southbound when it struck the right driver’s side Nissan.

Kauffman was cited for failing yield the right of way at the stop sign.

The 23-year-old woman was transported to All Saints Hospital for non-incapacitating injury.

this article needs to be reread and the errors fixed. you can't drive westbound on V and if one person is going one way and the other going the other way I am wondering how they can be t-boned for failing to yield the right of way.

If you change "V" to "G", it makes sense. There is no stop sign for the traffic on "G", but there is for "V" at that intersection.
