Woman Throws Her Boyfriend Out, And It All Went Downhill From There

Turns out this Caledonia man went on an all day drinking binge and things got progressively worse.

A man fighting with his girlfriend was arrested for disorderly conduct after he threw a beer can at her and called her names 10:53 p.m. Friday, July 29 in the 6800 block of Middle Road.

Gary Schemenauer, 51, of Caledonia, had been drinking when Caledonia Police responded to the residence. When asked why he was calling his girlfriend names Schemenauer said, “I didn’t call her any names, she’s a (expletive),” according to a report by the Caledonia Police Department.

Even after the confrontation, Schemenauer’s evening continued to get worse. He also had two warrants for his arrest, one for $25,439 for contempt of court—child support in Racine County and one for possession of marijuana out of the Wisconsin Dells.

While sitting in the police car, officers told Schemenauer he was being arrested. He then swore at the police officer and kicked the partition in the police squad.
