2nd Annual Circles of Peace: Beyond Polarization Public Discussion

As a part of the 2nd Annual Circles of Peace,

Peace Learning Circles (PLC) and the Frank Zeidler Center for Public Discussion have partnered together to bring public dialogues on polarizing public issues to Racine and Kenosha. Together, we will host a public discussion in a safe and constructive way, on the political polarization affecting our communities. This will be a structured, facilitated, and exploratory conversation, not a debate.

The model for this type of public discussion follows the Public Conversation Project first founded in Boston in 1989. The goal is to bring people together of many different backgrounds and beliefs, and to increase understanding of each other’s perspectives.
