Racine Unfied Changes Site for Board of Education Meeting
Budget, maintenance projects and personnel changes to be discussed.

The Racine Unified School District Board of Education will meet at a different location next Monday—the Park High School Fieldhouse, 1901 12th St.
Board members are scheduled to take a guided tour of the remodeled fieldhouse at 5 p.m. followed by an executive session at 5:30 p.m. The regular April School Board meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.

The Park fieldhouse reopened earlier this year after a $3.3 million renovation project that included replacing the floor, constructing a women’s locker room, a new press box and relocating the weight room. The projects were funded through a 2008 referendum that will spend $16.5 million on facilities maintenance over a five-year period.
RUSD School Board meetings are usually held at the district’s Administrative Service Center, 2220 Northwestern Ave.
