For kids age 5 + and their parent/s, grandparent/s, aunts/uncles, mentors, or guardian/s.  Join Dr. Karen Mawn, Pediatrician and Registered Yoga Instructor, for one-hour of exploring yoga together. This class is fun and gentle, designed for all levels. No need to be a pretzel.  Just come and enjoy!
