Summer 2013 Events in Caledonia

Enough already with gloomy skies and cold temps! Spring is moving on closer to summer, next week's already June, and you may be caught off guard that it's later than you think. Here's a quick preview of things to do in the Racine, Caledonia, Mount Pleasant and Sturtevant area (as well as the largest parties in the area) that's bound to have you thinking of warmer days.

JULY
July 12 - Music on the Monument 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
July 13 - July 21 - Salmon-A-Rama 2013 fishing tournament on all of Lake Michigan, headquartered at Pershing Park Boat Ramp.
July 21 - Ironman 70.3 Racine triathlon, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Swim is at North Beach, with bike and run along courses through Racine County.
July 26 - 28 - 35th Annual Roma Lodge Italian Festival

AUGUST
August 1-11 - Wisconsin State Fair
August 3 - The Kiltie Klassic Drum Corps Show at Case High School’s Hammes Field,
August 30-September 2 - Kickoff celebrations for the Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary, HD Museum downtown and throughout the area.
August 4 - The Racine Art Guild’s Starving Artists Outdoor Art Fair, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the campus of Gateway Technical College
August 6 - National Night Out
August 9 - Music on the Monument 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
August 16 - Music on the Monument 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
August 16 - 18 - St. Rita Family Festival at St. Rita Parish, 4339 Douglas Ave.
August 17 - 18 - St.Louis Parish Festival St. Louis Catholic Church, 13207 County Road G
