Oh Dennis restaurant owner, Dennis DeMark, died suddenly on Saturday at the restaurant. He died of a heart attack. DeMark was 71-years-old. He was best known as the "rib man" and was well respected for his culinary prowess. According to a story in the Racine Journal Times: “He made everybody in the restaurant feel like they were family when he made his rounds,” said Jody Tarwid, DeMark’s daughter and a 46-year-old Racine hairstylist. “He had a great smile and he laughed from the belly up. I know Dennis is preparing some of the greatest "Ribs" in Heaven today along with some great "Tailgating Parties! I had the privilege opportunity to meet Dennis & Joann at the Disney Institute and teach them some golf. He & Joann were instant friends as everyone they came in contact with felt the same way too.
