A 17-year-old Racine woman is accused of carrying a box cutter while stealing baby formula from Pick ‘n Save. Brittany J. Johnson was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of retail theft, one count of disorderly conduct and one count of carrying a concealed weapon. If convicted, she faces up to 21 months in prison and $21,000 in fines. A Caledonia man may face charges for disturbing the peace after he and his wife got into a screaming match Tuesday night over their non-existent sex life. No charges have formally been filed, but police are recommending that the man be charged with disorderly conduct-disturbing the peace. According to a report by the Caledonia Police Department, after a night of drinking at a tavern, a 51-year-old man was angry with his 49-year-old wife for not having sex with him.
