A Racine woman misjudges the driveway into her workplace, and winds up in a running stream of water, but then gets her 13th citation for driving with a suspended license from the Caledonia Police Department.
A Racine woman, who had 12 prior offenses of driving with a suspended driver’s licenses, received her 13th citation after she drove her car into a stream at 10:43 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 4400 block of Highway 38. According to a report by the Caledonia Police, the front end of the woman’s car was “stuck in a running stream of water,” but it wasn’t damaged. The woman told police she pulled into the driveway to the group home where she works, but had misjudged the distance because of the rain and darkness. The woman’s driver’s license was suspended because of unpaid parking tickets. She then received a 13th citation for driving with a suspended license, and was cited for operating a car with a suspended registration.
