NJ Gov. Chris Christie to Campaign with Scott Walker in Milwaukee, Green Bay

The GOP 'rock star' plans to join Gov. Scott Walker during his last month of the campaign before the Wisconsin recall election.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie — often dubbed one of the "rock stars" of the Republican party — is headed to Wisconsin next month to campaign for Gov. Scott Walker. The May 1 visit to Green Bay and Milwaukee comes about one month before the Republican governor will try to retain his seat in the state's historic recall election. The $100 million, from Walker, is not tax money. Unlike the $100 million that Barrett is going to spend on a 2 mile long trolley. Who's the idiot now? Yep, Bucky. Keep going after Walker when it is your side that is out-of-control, Moron.   more ›

TOTAL RECALL: State Senate Showdown

Social Media Changing the Landscape in Wisconsin's Recall Elections

For the most part, challengers are more savvy than incumbents when it comes to Twitter and Facebook.

Sandy Pasch (D-Whitefish Bay), fired her own missile with this tweet, “UPDATE: WHAT IS SHE HIDING?: New Details Emerge in Alberta Darling Coverup http://dld.bz/ajWCV.” Candidates tossing out accusations against their opponents is nothing new in politics. But in an era where social media is playing a …

OK, so if the jobs aren't in China where are they? The current President has proven he can't do his job, he never really had a job either. Remember he promised to end the wars? Instead of getting us out of those two, he increased troops in Afganistan and started involving our military in a third. nitwit? ya think?   more ›

Watching the Super Bowl Renewed My Faith in Football

Yesterday, I recommitted myself to the Green and Gold!

I have to admit that I’ve been a fair-weather football fan for several years, but now I've recommitted myself. This mostly has to do with the emergence of fantasy football and a certain fiancé of mine who has to watch every game all season long. This coupled with the fact that I often worked on Sundays gave him a welcome reprieve from my heavy sighs of dissatisfaction. However, the last month of watching the Packers persevere and ultimately win the Super Bowl has made watching football enjoyable again. Still, I don’t see myself rising to the same level of fandom the fiancé has. I won’t be watching the computer intently to see how my fantasy team is doing, won’t claim the couch for hours on end and um…won’t be extending the stay on said …
