Yes! I agree that if you are carrying a concealed weapon, and you are stopped by an LEO for something like a traffic infraction or similar, while your hands are fully visible by the LEO conducting the stop, you make him/her aware that you are CCW. Then, keeping your hands readily visible, ask the LEO, how do you want to handle it and add that you will follow his/her instructions. Most often, the …   more ›
