Editor's note: As the recount in the 21st State Senate District race continues, Patch will provide daily updates from the Racing County Courthouse on how the count is going. Of the 10,000 votes counted so far as of midday Thursday, the margin between Demcorat John Lehman and Republican Van Wanggaard hasn't changed much since Wednesday as the incumbent has picked up a net total of four votes. Wanggaard, who lost to Lehman in his bid to keep the 21st District seat on June 5, filed a petition Friday with the state Government Accountability Board asking for a recount.
