Indiana Man Arrested In Caledonia For Not Registering As Sex Offender
Maurice Lee Lyons, who was living at 418 Three-Mile Road, had a felony warrant out for his arrest from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department for failing to register as a sex offender. Lyons now faces a possible felony charge here.
An unregistered and convicted child molester was arrested by the Caledonia Police Department yesterday after they found the man living with his daughter. Maurice Lee Lyons, who was living at 418 3 Mile Road, had a felony warrant out for his arrest from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department for failing to register as a sex offender. Lyons now faces a possible felony charge for failing to register as a sex offender in Caledonia. The Caledonia Police Department has forwarded the case to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office, however, no formal charges have been issued.
