Missing Racine Woman's Mother Asking For Help In Finding Her Daughter

A 22-year-old Racine woman, Rebecca Youngbeck Ryan, is missing and she most likely was walking through Caledonia Tuesday. Her backpack was found on the road near 4-1/2 Mile and Charles.

Racine Police are searching for a 22-year-old woman who has mental health issues, but the woman likely walked through the Caledonia area Tuesday. Rebecca Youngbeck Ryan was last seen at about 9 a.m. Tuesday near her home in the 2800 block of Jean Avenue in Racine. Ryan was carrying her backpack, which was found Tuesday afternoon alongside the road near 4-½ Mile and Charles road in Caledonia, said her mother, Jill Ryan. Rebecca struggles with paranoid tendencies and has detachment issues, but she’s not on any medications and hasn’t sought help for her mental health issue, Jill said.
