School Board Candidates Focus On Student Achievement At Forum

Student and parental engagement, neighborhood schools versus charter schools and magnet schools, and solving a budget shortfall topped the list of topics discussed at the Patch/WGTD candidate forum. Brian Dey, Gretchen Warner, Don Nielsen, Scott Brownell and Roger Pfost attended a forum held at the Mount Pleasant Village Hall on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012.
