If the early results hold, Jim Ladwig is the new Racine County Executive. According to the Racine County website, Ladwig was leading Hall by about 6,000 votes with nearly all votes cast and counted. The villages of Mount Pleasant and Sturtevant approved Ladwig over Hall with votes of 4,698 to 3,148 and 708 to 450, respectively. Caledonia voters cast ballots of 4,930 for Ladwig over Hall's 2,823.
