4 Robberies Reported Over 2 Hours, Racine Police Say
The Racine Police Department has issued an advisory to the public about several robberies in the area.
Racine police issued an advisory Wednesday morning after four robberies were reported within a two-hour time frame on Tuesday night. In all of the robberies, which took place from 6:40 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. the suspect approached the victims, sometimes from behind, displayed a knife and demanded money, police said. The incidents included: Racine police are reminding people to walk with others, if possible, and to stay in areas that have frequent vehicle and foot traffic. If you are the victim of a robbery, comply with the offender’s demands and immediately report the incident to the police.
