Matt's Produce, Neighbor

   OUR FARM IS CELEBRATING IT'S 90th Anniversary! In 1999 we opened Matts Produce. A seasonal roadside produce market offering gourmet quality fruits and vegetables to our community.   Our open season usually begins in mid to late July and ends when the fall produce such as pumpkins and squash are gone.

In 2004 we noticed customers from all across our beautiful Republic stopping in to purchase produce from our market stand. To date, patrons from 26 different states have stopped in and taken produce back home with them. We have some families that make a weekly trip from near O'Hare airport. We currently have customers from three distant states who plan their vacations around our growing season just to come here and get sweet corn for freezing and canning.
