UPDATE: 3 Injured In Crash On 7 Mile Road

Late Sunday morning accident occurred when one pickup truck reportedly struck a stop sign and hit another pickup. One victim was taken to the hospital by Flight for Life helicopter.

Three people were injured Sunday morning in a two-vehicle accident on 7 Mile Road and Nicholson Road in Caledonia.

The crash happened around 11 a.m. when two pickup trucks collided. A witness told Patch that the driver of one of them ran a stop sign and crashed into another pickup, but that was not confirmed by Caledonia police.

Caledonia firefighters extricated the female driver of one of the pickups.

Caledonia police told Patch's media partners at WISN 12 News that oneperson was flown to the hospital by Flight for Life, and that two others also were hospitalized. The extent of the injuries is unknown as of Sunday night.
