“I'm trying to get our suppliers to pony up product for the cause so the exact menu is not set. However I can tell you it will consist of four courses with a seafood and steak choice for entrees. The cost also includes select beer, wine and rail cocktails,” he said.
In conjunction with the dinner, Sebastian will auction off a custom commemorative Chef's knife. The auction will take place live and on the Internet. Devin Thomas, one of America’s finest knife makers, is making the knife.

Cocktails will be served at 6 p.m., dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. and an auction will be held at 9 p.m. The cost is $91.10, and is all-inclusive.
