One was O’Neill. When an officer patted him down for weapons, he discovered a golf ball-sized plastic bag that contained methadone pills that had not been prescribed to him. He also reportedly lied about his name to police.

Additional time could be added to O’Neill’s sentences because he has a prior felony conviction.
