A 33-year-old woman is facing a battery charge and a 50-year-old woman is facing a disorderly conduct after they fought over who could use the washing machine at their apartment building.
Both women called the police at 2:08 p.m. Nov. 3 and police responded to their apartment building in the 6800 block of Middle Road.
According to a report by the , the fight started after the 33-year-old woman allegedly took the other woman’s clothes out of the washer and tried to stop the 50-year-old woman from using the washing machine.

Charges against both women have been submitted to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office.
