On June 17, Frisco was at his grandparent’s home in the 3900 block of Highcrest Drive for a Father’s Day celebration when his aunt spotted him going into a bedroom while everyone else was outside. Frisco has issues with heroin and his aunt knew he stole from other family members, so she checked her purse to make sure nothing was stolen.

Later on his grandmother went into her bedroom and discovered $7,000 worth of her jewelry was missing. Another family members confronted Frisco about the jewelry and he admitted to stealing it and pawning it in Racine.
